16. I had a Paternity test done using a mouth swab, and the test came back excluding me as the father. Could tobacco in the mouth at the time alter the test?

The presence of tobacco would not invalidate a properly-done paternity test. If contaminants (such as chewing tobacco) are present, they may cause the test to fail completely, but they would not cause it to falsely indicate a positive or negative state of paternity.
