Title: counseling information

We found out that SD had been going to counseling.  How do we request information regarding her visits.  Will the counselor tell us anything?  We have Joint Legal.

on the custody board.  More then likely, the counselor will release nothing or very little information without the CP's permission.  Counseling is considered to be patient/client privileged.  Typically, most psychologists won't counsel children without both parent's consent.
