I signed legal papers that have my son liveing with his father and I only get to see him every other weekend. The reasoning for signing the papers were for my son to go to school down there, well he isn't. So I'd like to know what I can do to change this court order.

What papers did you sign? If you signed a paper from the other person and it has not yet been approved by the court, you can still stop it. You'll probably want an attorney involved, though.
If the agreement has been signed by the judge, you're going to have a much harder time - essentially, you'll have to show either that the OP committed perjury or that there has been a change in circumstances. Neither one is very easy.
