I live in Tennessee. What are the state laws regarding imputing an income to the Custodial Parent? I have been told that TN will only impute an income to the NON-Custodial parent. Is this accurate? My ex wife (named Custodial parent but we have joint custody) does not work. Can an income be imputed to her?
