My question is if anyone know about a time limit in filing for Modification of Child Support for a Adult Child with a Mental Disability in the state of Texas. The reason for the question is the "child" will soon be 21 and now mom wants CS and claims he is "disabled" There is no order in effect now and we were told that she had 6 months after the 18th birthday to make such a claim. Does anymore have any information that might help?
