I live in MA with 2 sons. The oldest graduates College in May 2005. He finally will be emancipated. My youngest will be 20yrs old and attending a private college. I want to request a modification to the CS order to reflect the one child vs 2 and that the one child will predominately be living at college. My question is does anyone know how the courts in MA have been viewing this situation w.r.t. the father and the Child Support amounts? In the past, in Mass, the courts have seemed very harsh on the wage earning father.
