Title: Newly Separated

I have been separated for just over 7 weeks.I wanted to mediate my divorce.My wife's lawyer filed papers after she requested he not file.I have tired one counsuling sesion with my wife.My ten year old boy has been to one consuling sesion as well.There was to be a follow up sesion with me and my wife to go over some important concerns.My wife said she was too busy.Since then I have been strugling with her to comunicate.She was very angery that I had changed the locks on our house as per. my lawyers addvice.She had come one day while I was at work to take the dog and some furniture.I was told this by the neighbour.There was no arrangment for this.However she was still very angery.She came down with her new boyfreind that night and demanded entery.I phoned police.I was to have my tow boys for the week-end but have not been able to contact her.My concerns are that she seeking the wrong things to fill the void left by our marriage.My oldest boy continualy told me his wish was to stay living with me.I am pretty stressed out right now.The only therapy available to me is at lest 10 weeks away.I have been consuling with our local minister.I feel so helpless.I have not felt this way in a very long time.Any advice or suport would be wellcome.Thanks James

One of the first things you'll hear around here is "Document, document, document!". Having good records is *crucial*. Get yourself either the Parenting Time Tracker (PTT) or the OPTIMAL Custody Tracking service at: http://www.parentingtime.net. The PTT is good, but the OPTIMAL service is better.

This is the garbage I was dealing with when my PBFH decided to leave.  I know many here will be offering more suggestions. Good luck and start educating yourself.

Do you have a hearing in regard to visitation? Your attorney needs to start moving and filing in your behalf.
