Title: Deviations
Post by: pickupsticks on Nov 11, 2004, 08:53:59 PM
I am trying to find out how the state uses guidelines for the deviations they are suggesting for instand what amount of extended visitation is the threshhold for reducing child support? How much cost of living difference is considered...8%? How much in travel expenses will they consider....10% of pay in travel expenses? I can't find this information anywhere!!!! Help

You need to join our website:

//www.gachildsupport.org

You will find all of the answers there. The judges don't have to use 18 factors listed to deviate at all. They are 'optional'. There is no standard for deviating. In fact, many fathers have joint physical custody of their kids and still pay the same amount of child support as if they never saw them at all. Join us in our fight to get this changed.
