Dean is with a law firm that has practiced family law exclusively in Chicago for more than 15 years, and he has generously offerd to give us the benefit of his expertise. He may also jump in from time to time on the other boards, answering questions and offering advice.

Is it common for the defendent's attorney to sign a court order saying that he is the attorney for the plaintiff?  Is this legal?  Will this cause a technicality?
