Title: No word yet on constitutional challenges
Post by: BrianL on May 22, 2004, 07:03:34 PM
For those of you who have been following my case, I have still not yet heard from the judge after my 18-day trial to challenge the constitutional of pretty much every divorce "law" in the State of IL.  It's been about 10 months since the end of my trial.

You can find the challenges here:  http://users.rcn.com/bmlovett/.  I will post any updates I receive on my site.

Good luck Brian, been thinking good thoughts for you.  I'm sure that your trial exceeded the Peter Principle for the judge.

Thanx, but actually, I've received a decision.  You can read it at:  http://users.rcn.com/bmlovett/Status.htm.  Finally the appeal begins.  As soon as I get caught up on the appeal activities, I'll be filing multiple 1983 actions against 2 judges and a fraud action against my ex's attorneys and my ex.

And, I don't believe in luck - chance favors the prepared mind.
