Title: Defendents lawyer signing order as attorney for plaintiff
Post by: equal_rights on Nov 08, 2004, 10:16:43 AM
I am the plaintiff, and the mother is the defendent in my case.  I had a visitation modification, and the mothers lawyer wrote it up.  At the bottom he signed it sloppily with his name and ID stating that he was the lawyer for the plaintiff.  Will this cause some type of technicality down the line?  Is this something that I need the judge to see immediately or can it wait till the next time I am in court?  My lawyer is AWOL.
