I have been in court for over three years. Homestudy, and Psychological evaluation were completed by early 2002. I had one visitation modification about a year and a half ago, but looking at my file, there has been nothing but progress calls since. My counsel has lacked advocacy for me on several different occasions. Who disciplines attorneys? and who do I contact about this lack of advocacy?
