I WON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After ten years I get my son FULL TIME starting Sep. 1st.

She has visitation + the judge ruled she MUST pay CS!!!!!!

If you missed that.......WE WON!!!!!!!!

And to advise others...Document Document Document....Judge refurred back to Doctor records that I filed with my Motion for custody that dated back to 1994 to create a clear patten of interferace and accussing me of things I never did.

There is hope.........THANKS TO EVERBODY!!!!!!!

That is wonderful!!! So today was the day!! I bet your son will be so relieved at your house. No bashing every two minutes, a proper place to sleep, food on the table, a loving dad and significant other and extended family!!

I just knew it would have a happy ending!!!

If you have time and you have come down from the clouds, can you post the order? I am soooo curious. What did the judge say? Did you have another hearing or just a verdict? Details man, details!! LOL
