Title: Pro Se in Bexar County
Post by: rellekarts on Aug 19, 2006, 06:08:34 PM
Hi,

I'm looking for any kind of advice about the processes, examples of motions, or even contact points for the District Court offices in Bexar County, Texas.  I am out of state, and I have found that other countys in Texas do a great job of posting procedural information for Pro Se, but Bexar County has very little!!  I'm getting a little frustrated!

Patton - I've seen your post indicating your willingness to share documentation.  Do you know if your materials works for Bexar County?

Thanks for any and all help!

I would think paperwork that is done in Texas would work statewide.  The only exception I see would be the court costs vary from county to county on filing, serving and that kind of thing.  What exactly are you looking for?
