My husband has 2 children. His ex-wife has no idea what I make, but it may soon become apparent. I do make more than my husband and don't know if it will be able to be counted as his income as well. We do not have any children yet together. I keep getting conflicting information from attorneys we go to here in Utah. Is there anywere it states specifically what the case is? Also, if we filed a joint tax return could ORS look at that to raise his child support? Any help would be appreciated!
