The Bolivar I am referencing is in OHIO, Tuscarawas County.
Columbiana County is N.E. of Tuscarawas.
As for you question - Why? is there a wild party I should know about? lol ;-)
Nope, I was just reading your editorial about yourself and had to ask. I was referring to Colombia, the country. My husband is Colombian. The most famous general in South American is Simon Bolivar, a Colombian who pretty much freed most of South America from the Spanish in the early 1800's. So successful in battle, he was called El Liberator and the "George Washington of South America."
After reading your editorial, I thought it was an appropriate nickname for you too!
