Hello, My two girls want to live with me. My 17 year old already does and now the 14 year old wishes to also. The father and step-mother have custody now. I have been getting the girls every other week(not weekend only) for the past 2 years. I want to know if I need an attorney in order to change custody. Is there any type of form I can show to a judge and avoid the legal fees. I live in Georgia. I have one more daughter that wants to live with me as well..she is 13 and believes(as I do) that she must be 14 before she has any rights. Any help from you all will be greatly appreciated.
