Title: child solicitators

Is it normal for judges to allow minor children around child solicitators?

I am guessing you are not in the US? Are you talking about a lawyer for the child?
It is fairly common in the US for the children to be assigned a GAL (children's lawyer) to figure out what is in the best interests of the child. They interview both parents and the child alone to see what the child wants and what is going on...

I am from the US specifically Indiana. A judge is allowing visitation of minors with a convicted child solicitator. I was just wondering if it is normal of judges to do that.

It should be in the best interest of the child..are the visits supervised? If the child can have a safe visit with their parent and the child was never harmed then the courts will go with what is in the child's best interest. It really depends on the situation...
