Has anyone ever subpoena'd information for a contempt? We have to try to do this ourselves and need to know where to start...any help would be greatly appreciated!
search soc's board for the answer AND contact your local county clerk's office.
If I remember right -- and if you're pro se -- you have to submit them through the county clerk for them to be sent off.
I believe Soc has already given advice on this issue.
