Title: Is this a good enough reason for a "move away" order?
Post by: jm202610 on Aug 24, 2009, 10:25:34 AM
My kids custodial mom wants to move to another state because she currently lives with her parents and her dad is retiring and she wants to move with them in December. She just got married to an army guy and he is deploying to Iraq. She gets a housing allowance and can live anywhere, but she is choosing to leave the state to follow her parents. Will the judge allow a move away order?

I replied to I think it was your post in a different thread, same situation at least, except it didn't say she was ALREADY married. If she is ALREADY married to a Soldier, I don't see a judge letting her move to follow her parents, instead of to follow her Soldier husband.
