Hello, I'm a new poster here, I'll tell you my story a little later: I just found this and the title just burns my hide.

"NEW DAD"??  They only have one dad and his name is Jon. He may not be the perfect father but he is THEIR father.

With all due respect, I read the article and watched the video and there is NO statement where she says the kids want a new dad.  It says that they want her to get remarried but nothing regarding a new dad.  My YS wants me to get married but not because he wants a stepparent or parental replacement.
