Just a short street scene in the rain from Phnom Penh that some friends kept asking me to upload.

Not too exciting, but this is what you'd see if you sat outside in Phnom Penh and watched the world go by. Notice the somewhat exasperated traffic cop who is clearly not able to do much in the way of alleviating the congestion that formed randomly for no apparent reason.
