My child's mother relocated five hours away without my consent or petitioning the court. Our final hearing was Jan 15th and we're still waiting for the judgement (I petitioned for primary). I believe she moved shortly after the hearing if she had not already. Does anyone have any insight into the penalties she may be facing if any?
