I need to know my rights as a father with joint custody who was planning a trip to Mexico with my child who is 15 and his mother helped get the passport and originally agreed to letting him go. Now that the time has come for the trip she says no!
Get an attorney. If you have joint custody, chances are you CAN go (and your son too). Unless the parenting plan says you cannot, you should be able to go.
