mother left with child car money car money in father name only stole bankcard police called mother is gone over 24hrs calls police files dv says on the phone threat to life was made proof of drug alcohol mental issues in writing against mother nothing but speeding ticket on father custody awarded to father 2012 in divorce proceedings father cancels divorce to try to save family  them mother does this and presses charges 1 yr later
