Im going thru this for the first time. I allowed son to visit with father in ny. that was some months ago. visit was suppose to be for a couple weeks. he never left an address so i could only communicate with son by phone. currently i have no idea where either one is and police say," but he is with father so there has been no crime. has anyone heard of alienation of affection?

How old is child and when was/is he supposed to come home? Also have you ever been to court to order custody or child support?
