Title: Child support during Running Start programs?

My son is doing great and has been accepted into the local running start program. Is he still considered "in high school" for the purposes of my child support payments continuing? He turns 18 in the middle of his academic year. Thanks.

Depends on state. Most say 18 or finish high school, some states are to 21. Read your order carefully and see how it is worded.
