1) Changing custody (http://deltabravo.net/cms/search.php?q=Changing+custody&s=Search&r=0) generally requires a "substantial change in circumstances (http://deltabravo.net/cms/plugins/content/content.php?content.178)".

2) The age that a child becomes legally emancipated (http://deltabravo.net/cms/plugins/content/content.php?content.190) in Florida is 18, however if there are extenuating circumstances then the court may consider them and allow an earlier age for emancipation (http://deltabravo.net/cms/plugins/content/content.php?content.190) to occur. They don't usually like to do this unless there's a really good reason with solid, convincing evidence for allowing it.

So, in short, you may be able to effect a change in custody but it'll be chancy at best and almost certainly expensive (especially if your parents contest it).

Agree with Waylon. Do you have any court ordered visitation. Another way would be to ask for visitation or more visitation if you have some already. Depending on what the adoption papers say about visitation rights, you may ask the family court near the kids to grant you specific days/times to see the kids.

First of all, know your rights towards the country and the parents. Because they too have some kind of rights which hey have to follow any how.
