My Ex wife closed her child support case with FRESNO CSA. We came to an agreement that I would pay her 1,000 for her to close her case. The principal was 923 but interest was 22,000. I gues she had a heart. All our children are now married.
Anyhow, I received a FL-632 in the mail today. Does anyone know what this is? I was expecting a form saying my case was closed but this says I have to pay her directly

It's a form CA uses....if you google it you'll get a link to a blank form.
