Title: What does this mean?

Things started looking good in court for me, then her lawyer withdraws. Is this a tactic or is this good for me?

It probably means that your ex did something to piss off the attorney and he quit.

ask you atty, they may know.  it may be for non payment, it may be that her atty didn't agree with her tactics or lies.

My DH's Ex's first atty withdrew after the divorce was final.  The atty had no problem representing her in the divorce, it was about the money.  But the atty withdrew because my DH's Ex never followed legal advice and the atty ethically didn't agree with the tactics the Ex was using in regards to their child.
