In all of your experiences, does a judge look more at parenting time in regards to days a year? or when those days are?
Thanks!

I believe it depends on the state. Although my experience has been that in some states (such as California and Washington) that the Court will take into consideration when the custody periods are.
Example, in my case I had the children Mon-Fri 8am to 7:30 pm and EOW. By the breakdown of custodial periods I only had 49% custody. BUT the Court decided for legal purposes I was the custodial parent based upon the "extensive and significant period of parental responsibility"
It will depend on the state and probably individual county.
