I recently requested a personal history from my son's BM ad SF because I suspect they are abusive and criminally inclined. A routine background search has shown multiple addresses, aliases and family member assault collars as well as public intoxication and DUI convictions. I know they are hiding something because they refuse to give me my son't medical history from 1998 to 2000 when she abducted him. It's pretty hard to do a State by State, clinic by clinic search on 8 year old males.
Anyway, BM refuses to disclose personal history, saying no court in America would permit it. Is this true? I need case law histories where family courts have ordered personal and criminal history disclosures. Anyone here have any cases they could share?
