Title: Off topic, refreshing the forums
Post by: Edeltruda on Dec 03, 2003, 07:30:54 PM
Ok, now I know that I'm going to show my puter illiteraticy... but I can't take it anymore!  I have to clear my history prior to my coming here or I only get the messages from my last visit.  Refreshing doesn't work either.  How do I fix it so that when I come here, I'm on the current date?

Hmmm, you could try the different views (classic or 'dcf'), and you might try setting the 'mark' function in your user profile.

Click on the tool bar in the browser where it says File : Edit : View : Favs :TOOLS : help

Click tools.  Click "Internet Options"

In the area that deals with "Temporary Internet Files" (General TAB) Click on Settings

Then where it asks how to check for newer versions of stored pages choose automatically or every visit to the page.

And then hit ok...or apply until you are back to the page and then click refresh.

Hope this helps.
