I thought when someone with cerebal palsy, or other conditions, received home nurses to check up on them? What's up with all those other kids in the home?
One of my cousins has Autism, and until they could no longer care for him at home, my aunt and uncle had help.
Back to the story, if that boy wouldn't eat, it was the mother's responsibility to seek care.
HORRIBLE! A one year old weighs about that. Total sickness. Hope she gets it back at her.
