I remember you mentioned you are trying to keep your phone bill down, so were reluctant to call your officials. Thought you may appreciate this:
1 (800) 839 - 5276 - TOLL FREE Capitol Hill Switchboard number! They'll transfer you to any House/Senate office you name!
