I am a recently divorced dad of my 4 year old in California. I am looking for an attorney to consult to get custody.
I often see in attorney's profiles about their "Litigation Percentage", which is evenly distributed from 0% to 100%.
I want to know:
What does Litigation include?
What exactly is "Litigation Percentage"?
Should I be looking for a higher or lower "Litigation Percentage"?
Thanks
