Hi,
I have to go to court in 2-3 weeks as my ex filed an order to show cause against me.
I am wondering how the court decide these?
what are the criteria to define if there is "cause" to hold me in contempt and deny or approve ex motion's ???/
Also the referee we'll have is a long time lawyer in a big firm that became a referee last november.
Can I expect her to be "by the book" as she is new to the referee role or totally biaised ?
She is an American Indian (origins) and I am wondering what American Indians think about dads ??? do they think a young kid need a dad only for it's child support or do they think that both parents should have 50/50 ?!?!?
Based on the evidence.
Spinner, do a search on Soc's section because he's talked about this before and the 3 bits of criteria to be used.
As for the American Indian stuff.....let's not go there as a whole. It's not right to judge a person by their skin, ethnic origin, or whatever, period.
Let's pray that it's fair.
About the referee/Judge? Again, who knows -- and it's not right to go there either.
Are there crooked judges? Yep. Are there honest judges? Yep. C'mon.....
