Second Families / The ex wants me back...why NOW?
Nov 18, 2005, 08:48:17 PM
My new wife and I are experiencing some problems...mainly with my ex wife. It seems that the age old addage of "she doesnt want you until someone else does" is rearing its ugly head. I am now shocked that a woman who once hated me, wanted me dead and would rather die herself than touch me, can suddenly want me back.

I didn't divorce my wife...she left me about 4 years ago. She absolutely wanted nothing to do with me, but not that I am remarried and recently had a son, she is calling at all hours and hinting that we, "should have given it another chance" - or "for the childrens sake".  Has anyone else experienced anything like this? I really does blow me away.

Custody Issues / Father wins custody
Oct 31, 2005, 02:42:10 PM
It took me almost 3 years, but I finally won custody of my daughter. I am posting this to encourage any dads out there who are hestitant to try, or have tried and failed.

It makes me sick how the Family Court System is totally biased! I had to fight and fight and fight. I even had to pay for my ex's attorney's fees. At one point a had a lawyer, but he just sucked my money dry.

I owe alot of my success to an ebook I found. It was called "FAMILY LAW SECRETS REVEALED - FATHERS EDITION" (http://www.familylawsecrets.com) I also want to thank the SPARC archives! I found this site a few months ago and it helped answer a ton of my questions.

Good luck to all you fathers out there! You can get custody, I promise!

Father's Issues / How Can a Dad Win Custody
Nov 18, 2005, 09:13:01 PM
I am often asked bu fathers I meet how in EARTH I won primary physical custody of my daughter (5 years old), especially when the mom isn't a raging drug user or felon. And I have to say that it wasn't easy.

I wasted many years of my life, and honestly thousands of dollars on lawyers who didnt care about what I wanted, or what was best for my children. I spent day after day in the court system, losing little pieces of my childs life everytime I saw a judge. I felt like my relationship with my daughter was slipping through my fingers, and there was nothing I could do about it.

A co-worker of mine sent me to a website, http://www.familylawsecrets.com, where I read an ebook that contains little known strategies for fathers seeking custody. I immediately implemented these tactics to my case, learned what I needed to do to fight against the biased nature of the courts, and began to make some progress.

I didnt need the lawyers. Their "scare tactics" they had been using to keep the retainer fee full was a joke. I faught hard and in the end won. You owe it to yourself and your kids to never give up. So check out this book at, http://www.familylawsecrets.com, I promise you that it will give you the right information you need to help in your battle.

Father's Issues / Emergency Hearings
Nov 12, 2005, 01:27:52 PM
I have noticed that many parents have been calling for emergency hearings (ex parte) lately, and thought that it would be a good idea for those of us who have already gone through them to post our experiences, successfull and not, in this forum to help each other out.

My own person ex parte story, which happened recently, went like this.

I had a favorable psych evaluation, and was awaiting our trial date in November. about 1 week before the date, I noticed that my ex's lawyer had gotten the judge presiding over the trial excused, based on prejudice.

I realized that in the ORDER sending us to see an evaluator, it said that we agreed to have the matter heard ex parte, and that any judicial officer could make interim orders based on the report.

Woo Hoo! A slam dunk.  Or so I thought. In the end, the judge decided to keep things the way they are until our new trial date 4 months away.
