You might want to ask the judge to put that debt on her during the final papers of the divorce. However, because you have been the main supporter, you may be slapped with spousal support in addtion to child support. So doing the math I would figure out which is easier in the long run to deal with.
It might be cheaper to pay off her student loans than pay her the spousal support until she finishes school and obtains the standard of living.
