well it totally sucks that I am not the only one who has to go through this crap.. I am not sure if officer even took report, since he contacted us over phone the first time and didnt contact us at all the second time, but I will check,, I thought for sure we would have heard from her atty,, and our atty was waiting.. :)..  but nope nothing.. she must feel like a complete jack ass..
I mean for goodness sake who goes to the police station twice in one weekend and then is wrong both times and is sent home by police looking like an insane lunatic!!!..
WEll I wonder what we have in store for Christmas break.. lol.. since we have ss majority of break (13 nights straight..yeehaaa.. first time weve ever had him longer than a week...!!!!!!!)))))    Im sure she'll attempt something

ok.. so my dh husband and I have 3 children, he also has 2 other children from 2 other relationships,, we had his son for Thanksgiving break who is 12, well his mother is an idiot and misunderstood what the court order says and called the police on my dh on friday, saying we refused to return child, police man (nice guy) read over the papers and told mom she is mis understanding them  and tells dh he is completely right in his assessment of the situation. ..

so we think ok.. shes an idiot.. glad thats over.. then sunday comes and she shows up at our home on Sunday evening with her father, she calls from cell phone and demands child back because in papers it says thanksgiving goes from when school gets out to sunday evening at 830, then goes back to regular schedule. Well this particular weekend would be ours on regular schedule.. so child gets returned to school next day,   Well being an idiot again she leaves and goes to the police station.. and tells them same thing father is refusing to return child. .. Only this time police didnt even bother to call us, they just read the papers told her she is misunderstanding them..(CAUSE SHES AN IDIOT) and sends her home.
She then calls dh and says well its late and Im calling my attorney in the morning and were going to change these papers.. AND IM THINKING.. HELLOOO IDIOT.. IN ORDER TO DO THAT YOU WOULD HAVE TO FILE TO MODIFY CHILD CUSTODY/VISITATION AND .... YOU CANT POSSIBLY DO THAT.. CAUSE WE WILL ASK FOR MORE THAN WE HAVE... OH MY GOD.. CAN THIS LADY REALLY BE THIS DUMB.. AND THAT IS AN ASTOUNDING YES.. .. SO WE SHALL SEE IF HER ATTORNEY CONTACTS OUR ATTORNEY.. UGH.. THANKS FOR LISTENING..

JUST WHEN YOU THINK.. OHH HAPPY HOLIDAYS.. LOL

Father's Issues / RE: Lawyers questions????

well.. my best advice for finding an attorney is go sit at the courthouse for  a day, (not the whole day.. just during hearings) youll see someones style that you like and most of all notice the attorney that the judge gives the most respect to, if he is agreeing with a particular atty alot, then thats one he respects and you will have a winner.. that is what we did and we love our attorney.

Father's Issues / RE: Should I fire my attorney?
Mar 08, 2006, 09:14:53 AM
ok this is just my opinion.. so please noone bite my head off for it.. but I think you are overreacting, lets face it.. most family law attorneys know one another, most of them are friends with one another and if we think for a minute that they arent talking about how crazy we all are and laughing about it on the weekend were all nuts. Heck our attorney has told us numerous times that opposing counsel cant stand his client and she drives him crazy with her logic, but he still stands up for her and does his job regardless of his personal opinion. So lets face it, gossip is everywhere, including the court house, as long as there not chatting with the judge.. who really cares,........otherwise you may have a problem..

again just my thought..

Father's Issues / RE: I have a question...

make sure you keep all of the messages, send her a letter stating all phone calls will be monitored and recorded then when she flips out again you have it on tape.. Id take your machine and have it transcribed and notarized.. then you can use it in court, also send the Dr's,Dentist, school etc a letter stating you Z's father give the office permission to speak and share information with your wife in your absence or at your request. Thats what we did, and courts say to bm.. hey he can whoever he wants call and ask ??'s as long as he gave prior permission.

First thing that comes to my mind is.. how old is this child? And what are the intentions of dad wanting to tell her? and are you sure this home kit is 100% accurate?? I think that if you tell her it should be when she is older and can understand that you are not abandoning her.. its not her fault .. love her the same as you always have, and without judgement. The love of a child is unconditional, so should be of the love of a parent or a presumed parent.

where did you get this home test?

I totally agree when they said DONT MOVE OUT OR ALLOW YOUR CHILDREN TO, TELL HE IF SHE WANTS TO GO, THEN GO BUT YOUR CHILDREN ARE NOT LEAVING, THEN I BELIEVE YOU CAN FILE FOR TEMP CUSTODY,AND AS THAT THE CHILDREN REMAIN IN THE HOME,.. POST ON SOCS BOARD HE IS A LOT OF HELP

Father's Issues / RE: where to file
Jan 28, 2006, 07:32:28 PM
If she has lived in Arizona longer than 6 months you file there, if not you file in Utah, if that is where she moved from.
