CONGRATS!  Stick it to the PFB, she deserves it!!!  HAHAHA!

I think the whole thing is ASS-BACKWARDS.  You really think any PFB is going to sign anything that will make them NOT get FREE money.  HAHAHA.  It is a bunch of BS!  In our case we pay CS EVERY month and buy SD nearly EVERYTHING she needs and because she lives with BM who abandons (doesn't pay for crap) every single dwelling she ever lives in, she gets to claim her.  Kind of makes you go huuummmmm....

It is a change in circumstance.  Do you really think that she is going to report her new husband and therefore new person in her house with an income...hhhhuuuummm my guess is no, and in some parts that is fraud...

Somewhat off the subject...DH was rear ended while he was sitting at a red light (for 10-15 sec) when this lady rear ended him (with DD and SD in the car) doing 35-40mph.  Shattered out the back window, bent the frame, and knocked off the rear-view mirror just to name a few things.  No insurance of course and her only response was "It was just an accident and accidents do happen you know" Our jeep was TOTALED!  DH had "severe whiplash and a high impact concussion" kids were fine though THANK GOD!!!  We tried to settle out of court just for what the jeep was worth, she said "NO, I didn't do anything to your vehicle"  so we had to take her to court.  In court she admits fault although she "tapped him" and she caused no damage, judge awards DH his amount and then she tells the judge that she is on SSI and how does he expect her to pay when her WHOLE SSI check goes to her rent?  Like we are supposed to say, "Oh okay you totaled our vehicle, but you are on SSI so we will just pay for the damages that you caused because you are an idiot???  WHATEVER!  If she is so disabled as to not be able to work, therefore not being able to carry insurance, then she should NOT be driving.  When is SSI and welfare going to be used for what it is intended for?  PEOPLE WHO NEED IT???

I know exactly how you feel!  Almost same situation!  X is about to get a contempt letter= pay or go to jail, your choice.  DH pays EVERY single month (BM calls her attorney 2 days before the end of the month for the last 2 months to "tell on DH" because "he is behind"  we pay the last day of the month, every single month!)  HAHAHA, she has no idea what behind is...X is 4 months behind this time and only paid some the last month he did pay and now he won't cooperate with CS...wonder if this would qualify as behind ;)

Kandi,
I am feeling you and wendel.  I am in the same boat.  My x is a DEADBEAT in every since of the word.  He just up and moved, so now we are back to square 1.  It is a little easier when you do your own investigating, I did and was able to let CSE know, so now it is just a waiting game.  DH pays every month like clock work and we struggle, but well at this point, this is the hand we were dealt and it sucks!  My X is a combo of both of yours as a matter of fact, when he left me and my daughter I was negative ALOT of money in our checking account (wine-ing and dining his ho's) and a cell phone bill of over 1800.00 not to mention the credit card bills.  After he left he had the NERVE to call me and ask me for $$$ to fix his truck!  And your paying me how much CS?  Oh ya that's right~ NONE!!!  HAHAHA.  Ya the money would be nice, but having him out of our lives is much nicer...hang in there.  Do research and keep posting to figure out how to hold him in contempt in another state.  It will take alot of time and energy, but think of the pay off...

I agree!  I detest that I am "a baby mama" I pose no drama, yet most females that I hear about are just like that.
I too feel like he just got blind-sided and now he has to fight at every bend in the road just to see SD and have a relationship with her.  BM is constantly showing her sociopathic behind and making visits miserable for all involved!
I have BEGGED my DD BF to be a part of DD life, but he refuses and yet men that do want to step up and be men are denied...it is a true tradgedy!

Again, I am sorry!  They really make it difficult for those that try to do right!  And those that don't, well they get every chance and then some!  DH was behind because he didn't even know their was a SD (and BM had no clue who the BF was it was a 1 in 7 shot)  so went DNA came back he had to repay the state and pay for testing.  They took current support and some arrears from each check and then took his income tax for I think 2 years.  Some how that isn't quite fair either.  BM had no responsibility for sleeping around.  Oh well it is said and done and he hasn't been behind since then.  I know that if we miss a month we will have to file a harrassment suit!  ;)

That is just so crazy to me!  It must just be WA then.  BF has been in arrears since he STARTED paying CS.  I didn't request back support and CS only ordered him $25 a month.  He was in arrears from day 1.  Than I took him for a review and CS was raised and at that time I requested it be taken from his check.  They agreed.  So he did manage to pay, but he worked for a school district so when he didn't work in the summer I didn't get CS.  (He worked temp jobs during the summer, but they wouldn't touch it because it was "just temp")  So now he is over $1200.00 in arrears! and he moved and CS has no clue where he is.  I did call and I at least know what city so now it is just a waiting game.  I am sure it will be several more before they catch up to him;
And they are harrassing you for $500.00?  That is rediculous!  I am so sorry....
