I am concerned after reading several instances where the BM/CP have passed away and a grandparent gets custody even though the father is active, like myself, and has extended standard visitation in Texas. Should I do a motion for clarification that has something in the papers that states who the child would go to if she passes away?

Does anyone know of a good forms website if you are filing on your own?

Father's Issues / extra curriculars

Does my daughter have to only be involved in the ones my x wife puts her in or can I put her in activites even though they may compete with hers and on my weekeneds and on my time take her to the ones I pay for? What about school documents like report cards, notes, picture day I get no notice or an opportunity to get any copies. I am a very active father and am doing all that I am supose to, my new wife has stopped talking to x wife and her family for several months and the x wife is taking me back to court for my new wife harassment? which dosent exsisit and for me not to cut her hair or call outside the hours of 7-8pm and basically so the mother gets to make all the choices and I run around gratefully just to see my daughter. This is co-parenting in Texas right... WRONG

I live in Texas and am the NCP and am  a good one, I have taken my daughter tons of extra time and faught and won for extended standard visitation but due to an error on my part paid cash for child support for 2 years and now owe x-wife 5000 dollars which i have paid 2500. Now she wants to take me back to court to have my new wife removed from xtra curricular activites and says she is harrasing her and doesnt want us to cut my daughters hair, or attend activities not on our weekends and only call between the hours of 7-8 when she doesnt even call during those times to my house and rarely ever even calls my house to talk to my daughter.
My new wife and I have registered my daugher for school 2 out of 3 years taken her to all of her dental appointments for 3 years, gotten her a winter coat for 2 at her moms house, paid for half of  extra curricular activies and not to mention have her in counseling which my x wont take her to if it falls on her day and for the past 2 years has had at least 7 unexcussed absences each year.  But this year the ex wife is trying to be mother of the year and is team mom for cheerleading and had me and my wife thrown out of the flage football game for  me wanting to participate in her homecoming game....
Can someone tell me what Judge is going to listen to me the father who doesnt have the money for a lawyer when the x wife takes us back again? I do the best I can to be a good father and I get to pay another 1500 dollars for lawyer fees yea!
Does anyone have advice?

Okay long story short,, I have a very controlling ex wife, she wants me to call my daughter between 7-8 sunday through thursday, she doesnt want me to attend extra curricular activities on her weekend, she says she has been gracious to allow me to attend, she doesnt want my new wife involved in any part of my daughters life and has had me thrown out of a football game my daughter was cheering at because she said I was causing a distubence...
I have heard it is usless in Texas to even fight for any additional rights, like the right to attend these games and extra curricular activities and should I be able to call when I want to call ,and shouldnt my new wife be a part of my daughters life if she wants especially if she has been a better mother than my ex wife?
Dad in Texas... help
