I have the same problems only my older son still sleeps with grandma and the younger one sleeps with dad.  They have their own room and beds and all that but they don't seem to be encouraged to use them.

At my house they sleep in their own room and in their own beds, only occasionally coming into our bed for comfort if they are ill or have had a bad dream.

There doesn't seem to be much I can do about it either at this point!  I feel for you!  I am NCP and dad is CP and I do pay CS!

My ex never sends clothes, lives in a filthy house, doesn't appropriately care for the children (IMHO), works on and off, and that doesn't seem to matter one bit.

I buy clothes for our home and wash the clothes the children came in and send them back in them.

Actually, here in Michigan, the CP cannot move the child more than 100 miles from the legal residence established with divorce and custody orders without written permission from the NCP or Court Order.  It isn't parental kidnapping unless the NCP has no residence information and cannot make contact, just an offense that could force the CP to move back within boundaries or change custody.

I might be out of line posting in here, but it's not just BMs with custody...it's BFs with primary residence as well.  My children's BF has tried and tried to interfere and withhold parenting time from me.  Seems to have settled down now but there were times when I called the police to help enforce my right to parenting time.

And no...I am not a drug addict, alcoholic, child abuser/molester, prostitute...unless of course you listen to the BF!  LOL!
