Sad and depressed is a way of life. The system SUCKS.

Keep one thing in mind. All of us here know exactly what your going thru. We each take our turns on the CRAP the courts dish out. This is the only place I can find any comfort. We all care and are willing to be there for each other. Hang in there. Your not alone.

My friends who have no idea what this is like, they try to help, but until your in the middle of this hell, you just don't know.

Only stress relief I have, is my Parenting time. My son is the ultimate stress reliever.

Few months back, had a custody evalution. Was not in my favor, but did find me fit. Evaluator strongly suggested placement with mother, even though I am in a much better position. Also would lose a lot of time with my son with the recommendation from evaluator. Had major doubts on how it was handled. Did the research and found many errors on what took place. Filed a complaint with the State board. They found 2 violations on the evaluator.

My question is, should I persue the complaint and bring up charges?. My trial is set for next month and I do not want to mess things up.

Investagator informed me it might have an impact on the custody trial.

I set it up the same way, only at 30 years. And then it is distributed for X amount of years.

If they want a fancy, expensive car, they can earn it!

Have you had a paternity test? Once you establish being the Father. You can then petion the court for visitation.

Is there any court order concerning visitation?

Start documenting and reading as much as you can on this site. More details will help others give you suggestions.

If it were my kid, I would find out where your daughter is being left and you or a friend, get some pictures.

If this situation was reversed [daddy in jail], I'd lay odds the father would never see his child again.

The therapy advise that knd passed along, is very good. It's very practical and also helps protect the child. Something any Judge should go along with.

I did not know you when you where on the board before. I truly feel for what your family is going thru. My prayers to you and yours. Just take one step at a time. God only gives you what you can handle.

One thing that I get from your post. Could your husband be having an adverse reaction to his medication? I would be letting his doctor know what's going on. Is any kind of depressant included that your not aware of?

This is taking place in my State.
What ever happened to 'WE ARE ALL CREATED EQUAL?' That baby has a right to a normal life.

Just one more thing to put on the Father's plate. The only thing I have left is blood and that is starting to run thin.
