ill'e agree to that, equal custodians leaglly and physically, she chooses not to work, the judge affirms it, and the state comes after me cause I do work,even though they have legal authority and the courts help them since there all bound under contract, as founded in the state plan.So where is her contribution to the child, and no we wern't married so I never agreed to nothing, so much the enterests of the children.

you need to understand why things happen as they do and why when it comes to children, changes in custody and particulary changes from a woman(not being biased can happen both ways, rarely though) and why you end up banging youre head against a brick wall when it seems these agencies try to cover things up and seemingly do not want to help.This reason is summed up in one thing, it is called the state plan, Texas has one it is over a thousand pages of public documents, but you will never see them, in fact out side of the agencies there is only a handfull that has besides myself and a few others in Texas who have brought this to are attention so we could sift through it.
