I understand exactly how you feel and I will be the first to say it DOES NOT get better...bad thing is the courts will grant mom more visitation than dad got when he was NCP...I have seen this many times over...I will share a tool that has helped me a great deal..and it is FREE!!!!

" we will not be discussing anything at DO or PU any longer as it results in you screaming at us in front of the children. I am requesting we use this to communicate for a while. you dont need to wait you can go to the courthouse and file appeal using the clerk notes...we are in Virginia and have had to do this...twice now...

I got the same letter and so did a friend...

I fly my son 4 times a year my daughter 3 times a year ..and after trial and error I have found that AIRTRAN is the absolute BEST airline to fly an unaccompanied minor...seriously check them out. They even have a private waiting area if there are layovers with indoor playgrounds for the UM's and will call you if a plane is delayed so you dont worry...like I said they are AWESOME ....and the UM fee can be apid when tickets are boooked just find the web fair you want and call them at 1-800-AIR-TRAN...and they will honor the web fair

ok you cannot pull school records but I think you can pull juvi records with subpeona...you might can get the school records another way...let me check something before I advise further

you cannot by law subpeona anyones records but your own child but there are ways around it..did child get in trouble with these kids? and if so that could be your loophole..in ss records it will state the names of all offenders in the referal each recieved?
