Agree with Kitty and Gemini.   Glad it was brought up

You are entitled to be present at his doctor visits, but you should have something in your CO for your protection that she has to notify you of visits within X amount of time, so you are able to make arrangements to attend.

No experience with GAL.  Others in here have.  You may want to post this question in one of the main forums and not the state forums, you'll get more responses

newohio -

I wouldn't be worried.  My 10 month old does EOWknd and 2 day or evening visits during the week.  Talk to BM, perhaps see what the child's normal day is like and try to keep it as close as you can to alleviate confusion.  Either parent can't dictate what the other does during their parenting time but for the sake of your child it might help the transition.

I agree with Ocean - I don't think I'd disclose some things in case you need to go to trial.  I'm in the same boat, we saved a lot of the detailed information for this reason.  Our conference was only scheduled for an hour and we didn't have time to even dig into details.

I would make your facts as a high-level statement and remove the specific details.

eagle -

MixedBag just went thru something regarding travel expenses within the past 2 weeks.  Send her a PM, she may have some valuable information for you prior to Monday.

I interpreted it as if they couldn't agree on a mode of transportation, then air travel had to be done - fully at father's expense.

I personally think car vs. air is incredibly trivial but sounds like she wants things her way or no way.  Hopefully it gets ironed out on Monday.

Custody Issues / Re: Fair custody proposal?

Yes eagle, typo there.

Ocean - I'm in PA.  The childcare credit is already factored in to his portion of childcare.  I  was willing to waive the overnight calculation into CS.  He goes to a private babysitter, not licensed which may be an issue.  They are great, actually 2 of my son's pediatrician's use the same babysitter.  Doesn't waive the "licensing" issue but it should provide an idea of their character.  Plus their cost is 1/2 of what would be charged at a licensed daycare.

What do you mean by file to let them know anything that is not already named?
