Also. It wasn't a default judgement that was entered. It was a order.

Endangerment trumps political excuse IMO

He mailed the motions to her last two address on legal file in the court. The attorney at the time filed two different certificates of mailing. I thought if the judge felt like she hadn't been served properly he wouldn't even hear the matter?

So my ex filed a motion to set aside the December order. 2 days before the cut off. Stating she was never physically served. My at the time attorney had mailed her the motion to two addresses and I emailed her the week of the hearing. She didn't show to court in December but the judge said the mailing and even my email sufficed and ruled for her to have supervised visits and me sole. She even went to Donnas House in mid January to sign up for visits and they told her since she waited more than 30 days to sign up she had to see our judge to get reinstated for visits yet she has waited til now to file and says I won let her see the kids and I ignore her emails. I do ignore the when can I see my kids emails cause she knew the court said supervised and I didn't want to fight with her.

I just wanted to throw my two cents in. My children have been at the center of high conflict and IMO I DON'T AGREE WITH ANY JOINT ARRANGEMENT. Children in high conflict need stability over all my kids have done SO much better living with a parent and seeing the mom EOW. Straight A students. Joint custody is a better situation ONLY IF both parents see eye to eye and don't ever fight. Problem one for me is they try to be fair to the parents. Even Steven to speak. And if you think the kids don't pick up on parents who are at it like cats and dogs your wrong

I commend parents who can full fill joint custody and pull it off. But in high conflict you encounter a lot of times a parent who uses the child as a weapon. Thus a stable life is much more nessicary that making a no loser situation, cuz only the kids lose then.

Custody Issues / Re: how long.....

oh horrible wording on my part Waylon.
since she got kicked out of the court supervised program for not registering in 30 days, which they have it documented when she attempted to go and register and that they told to her to get visitations reinstated she needed to file a petition(due to mass safety concerns she was ordered to supervised visitation).
She asked for a weekly phone call til she filed a petition....I obliged. She however has still NOT filed a response/petition. In December when I went judge gave me temporary sole for 90 days unless she ddnt file a response then it would be permanent. My att. at the time said we didnt need to file anything since its in the minutes as such.

my thoughts on legal issues arent on me....but her. Like what is she looking at being repricautions for not responding ot after a certain amount of time should i do anything?

can you go without seeing your children before there are some legal issues at hand? My ex still hasnt seen the children since December, I let her have a phone call once a week til she filed a petition (back in January) which is spoty at best. No motion filed and still all the warrants etc. if you are familiar with whats is going on.
