Father and mother have joint legal custody. Father pays half daycare since 1/13 and all daycare from 2007-2012. Father needs to prove he paid daycare costs to child support services. Mother told daycare not to release any records to father as she signed up children to daycare. Father needs records to prove he has paid consistently. Father has joint legal custody and rights to any daycare records. Daycare honored mother request and will not give father records. Please advise.
