if you are married you can say you provide income to the family so might not be too much of an issue plus you can also return the same fact by saying dad will have a lot of time to take care of the childrens, .... maybe state something like you consider to be a stay at home dad, ...

We're not married yet, four months from today we will be though.

SO is waiting for a call back from attorney.  We spent last night putting together all the examples of her instability.  She has moved 8 times in less than 4 years!  

Yes, we hope to use his time at home as a plus.

I'm not so sure about that.

After all, anyone can say that they're getting married. I would think that the judge would be ruled by what has legally taken place, not by what someone says might take place at some time in the future.
